Better days to come...
Lord knows sometimes I stay awake thinking about just how bad the world has gotten. The shootings, the wars, the disintegration of the family structure.
The poverty, the hunger, the hopelessness.
It almost feels as if there's nothing left to do. Like There's no where left to turn.
On nights like these I read about people who are trying to change the world back to something we can recognize. I read about how a young girl was helping people in places like Syria.
I read books that tell me that sometimes, sometimes the best changes come in the midst of chaos.
That sometimes everything has to fall apart so that something better can come together.
I guess I'm just a firm believer in the idea that good will always prevail.
The way that I see it that must be the hopeful side of me.
